Where do you ship from?

Our shipping origin is Houston, Texas USA. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Houston, Texas.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We happily ship internationally. Please note that delivery times will be longer than domestic orders. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, but international transit times (including customs clearance) typically take 3-5 weeks depending on the destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

Can I cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

When will my order be processed?

Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days of the order date and dispatched the following day after processing. Please consider extended processing times during holidays and peak sales periods. Orders are handled from Monday to Friday.

How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on USPS postal flow. If there is no congestion within their postal networks, then it may arrive 5-7 days via 1st class shipping. If you want faster shipping, upgrade to priority mail. This method of shipping takes around 3-4 days to arrive. 

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund if you ordered within USA. International orders must contact us for our support process.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

What is the material of the ring?

The ring is composed of stainless steel and is resistant to corrosion, color changes, and rust. It is safe to wash with soap and water.

Can you customize my ring?

At the moment, we can't but hope to do so in the future. We are constantly working towards expanding our capabilities and hope to offer this service in the near future.

Can I exchange my ring for another size?

Yes, we are happy to process exchanges for different sizes, all we ask is that you cover the shipment cost. Please ensure the item is unworn and in its original packaging for us to process the exchange smoothly.
